Free Webinar: Strengthening Medical Imaging Capacity

Watch the recording of our webinar organized by the International Society of Radiology (ISR) and the World Federation of Nuclear Medicine and Biology (WFNMB) to learn why a WHA Resolution on Strengthening Medical Imaging Capacity is needed, how it will impact member states and how NGOs and international organizations will support its implementation.

The webinar brought together more than 100 attendees from over 40 countries representing a variety of health stakeholders, including member states, ministries of health, NGOs, international organizations, lead authors of the Lancet Oncology Commission on Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, the Lancet Oncology Commission on Radiotherapy and Theranostics, and the Lancet Oncology Commission on Sub-Saharan Africa.

We thank all speakers, including representatives from the resolution’s lead country Cameroon and co-sponsoring country Brazil, the IAEA and the WHO for their insightful presentations. Our thanks also go to all attendees for their interest and input in the lively panel discussion that concluded the webinar.
